"Swaziland is a country I adore after first visiting to photograph for the charity Mothers2Mothers. It’s not without its flaws but working there intermittently for the past 3 years I really want to show all that Swaziland is. I treat the work as a continual portrait of a country. The more I get to know it, the more complex the narrative becomes. The further I explore the more I hate, but also the more I love. Being a familiar face has made it a lot easier to be accepted by the communities who allow me so much freedom to take the photographs I want to take. I now cannot imagine a time not documenting swaziland. I owe her so much. The country has changed me." - AIDAN O'NEILL
